About Commercial Roof Doctors
Founded in 2008 to give commercial property owners a credible alternative to the replace-it-all default. We exist to extend the useful life of every roof asset that can be saved — and to be honest about the ones that can't.
Our Position
Most commercial roofing contractors are paid to replace roofs. The economic incentive is to find reasons your roof needs full tear-off — even when 80% of the assembly is structurally sound.
We built this company on the opposite premise: restore what can be restored, replace only when the data demands it. Every assessment we deliver is documented, photographed, and defensible. If restoration is viable, we'll show you why. If it isn't, we'll show you that too — and we'll refer the replacement work to a partner if it's not in our scope.

We recommend replacement only when necessary. When it is, we say so plainly — and explain the engineering reasoning behind it.
Regional Expertise
Commercial roofing in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana is not the same problem as roofing in the Pacific Northwest. We specialize in this region's specific failure patterns: extreme summer surface temperatures, hail-belt impact events, hurricane-zone wind uplift, and Gulf-coast humidity.
Coating selection, substrate prep, and warranty documentation are all tuned to regional climate. We don't extrapolate from national averages — we operate from data on roofs in your market.
